Unprofessional
I have a personal loan with African bank, I call almost monthly to stay up to date with my account and balances. Today I check my credit profile and they have updated my account to reflect arrears. When I call, they tell me I have arrears of R18. I asked for an explanation of my previous statement, why wasn't I told about these arrears? I mean for R18 to affect my credit score when I could have simply paid it is ridiculous.
