unprofessional

I have app**** for a credit card and it was approved and have been told that it will take 24 to 48 hours but its been more than a week gone and ive been issued with the card its even activated but still nothing no funds in the card going over a week. I have contacted the call center they waiting to confirm employment then I contacted the branch they say the same but they have already confirmed employment so I dont know whats the delay.
