I open an insurance with African bank. So last year December I went to claim. I got the payment for Annie links,but when I claimed for Rebecca they said it's declined. Can you please help me. Don't don't want to pay my money. The time they took my money they didn't ask any questions. Can you please help me to get my money

Sorry I pressed private by mistake. I would like to continue with my review cos I was not happy about the service of the bank. Cos they were dedacting money every month from my account even after I put in my claim. So am really unhappy about how they work. Please can you help me I believe am not the only one with this complain. All I want from them it's my money. What are they going to do with my money if they don't want to pay out. Am really not happy at all.
