******** deduction

I have been made to sign an agreement to pay R 471.51 which I have been paying. Now the bank has made it a habit to debit R1237.50 from my acc which was never agreed upon. Upon phoning the bank, I'm informed the agreement has expired hence they are debiting without my consent. She further tells me I must phone the bank to make other arrangements. The amount I'm paying to them is what I can afford. Currently this bank isn't even acknowledging money paid this them. No updates made to my credit record suggesting I'm not contributing a thing. I was told they'll be crediting back the money in 72hrs. Now it's way pass that and nothing. I want my money back, they must stop debiting my acc as if they have shares in it!!
