Unkown debits

Lost my job in August 2013 submitted my document for insurance to cover while am still looking for a job application came back as decline because I am still registered with the Agent assisting me to get another job.my loan is on arrears that I can not afford to pay.when I got a job I go to them and make arrangements to debit R250 every month until I become financial stable but they are *****ing from my account taking full instalment without telling me. Am going to Aombusman for this meaning I am paying insurance who doesnt cover me when I am in need for their help. I am tired of explaining same thing 20 times and submitting same documents.for sure now my credit life is very bad because of them not treating customer fairly how can I resign while am looking for a job in the Agent
