UNKNOWN CHARGERS ON CREDIT CARD - NOT INTERESTED IN LETTING CLIENT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE FOR.

I have contacted African bank on numerous occasions requesting my loan agreement and have raised a few transactions that is pushing my credit card balance up far too high.There is charges that are being charged that i am not aware of or what they are for?I have even requested what a sundry charge is for and what the conditions would be for that amount top be charged.I have spoken to their Useless call center supervisors Kajal and Zanele. Kajal tried to assist me but couldn't answer me Zanele is arrogant and could not explain what the chargers and told me that I agreed to pay for as per my contract and it doesn't matter what the charges are but i agreed to them. My compliant was escalated to Given Khameli and he also did not answer my concerns and gave me no address to reply to him directly with regards to the feedback he provided me with. I also sent an email to their services email address replying to his so called resolution and to date never received a response.I now understand why people are so in debt with African Bank because they just expect one to pay for charges whether you know what it is for or not.I need feedback from African bank as i will make sure that i escalate this to every possible complaint channel , media and social media from stopping them to rob people.
