Unjust Deposit Fee and ******** Credit Card Blockage (warming status)

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding two significant issues I am currently experiencing with my account, which I believe warrant immediate attention and resolution.

1. Unjust Deposit Fee on Loan:

I have recently been charged a deposit fee on my loan, which I find to be both unexpected and unjustified. As per the terms and conditions outlined in my loan agreement, there was no prior indication or clause that stipulated such a fee. I request a comprehensive explanation for this charge and a thorough review of its legitimacy. Should this fee be found to be erroneous, I expect an immediate reversal of the charge and a formal apology for the inconvenience caused.

2. ******** Blocking of Credit Card:

My credit card, which is in good standing and up to date with all payments, has been inexplicably blocked. This action has caused me considerable inconvenience and has hindered my ability to manage my finances effectively. According to the Consumer Protection Act, I am entitled to fair and reasonable treatment, and the arbitrary blocking of my credit card without prior notice or valid reason constitutes a breach of this right. I demand an immediate unblocking of my credit card and a detailed explanation for this action.

Resolution Sought:

I trust that African Bank will address these issues with the urgency and seriousness they deserve. I request the following actions be taken:

Immediate reversal of the unjust deposit fee and a formal apology. Immediate unblocking of my credit card and a detailed explanation for the blockage. Assurance that such issues will not recur in the future. Failure to address these concerns promptly may compel me to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and seek legal recourse to protect my rights as a consumer.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my complaint. It has been 7 working days since I was informed that my issue would be investigated, yet I have received no communication or resolution.

This lack of response is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious disregard for customer service. I demand an immediate update on the status of my complaint and a swift resolution to this matter.
