Unhappy with loan

Very unhappy with the way African bank treat their customers, the consultants got no customer service. I wanted to pay back the loan in the 5 day grace period and the branch don't take money nor can you swipe over a certain amount. I have not got the loan term I wanted, my interest free account was added to the loan without my consent. All I wanted was a credit card and they gave me a loan I just want to settle this loan as from Aug/Sept I paid 1026 plus an extra instalement and my loan is sitting at 15140 I borrowed 17500 how is that possible?
