Unhappy debit orders for my late aunt.

I have open a funeral policie with African bank for my aunt she passed away before she was covered six months under the policy.I’ve email her death certificate and asked that their remover her from my policy and didn’t get assistance as i was waiting for assistance they were still debt my account every month collect premiums for someone that passed away more then 12 months already . Can you please assist that I can get my premiums back.
