I have a problem with african bank i took out a loan in June 2020 they were supposed to debit in July but they didn't debit they called me in August 2020 to ask why i haven't made a payment i told them they didn't debit so they blamed me for their mistake i told them that i was waiting for them till month end nothing happened so now they say am in arrears but they do debit me every month and this thing is affecting me because i have just lost my aunt we need to go to kzn i tried to go and take out a loan at capitec bank it declined because of african bank how am i going to burry my aunt because i need to contribute i am not happy with the service at all
