Unhappy client that is depreserate

I am very upset with African bank I a have rep**** for a loan last Monday I had to do the chasing up I have reapp**** yesterday I have not recieved any acknolwedgement of the documents recieved Will I be going through the same drama of last week.
Do not phone me send me a mail rather
