Unhappy client for African bank

The service has been a sore.... You guys still haven't refunded our money that got stuck at the ATM this is honestly ridiculous.... Do you guys have any idea the trouble we have to go through with our landlord because we could not complete the rent... Do better please..... Ref ***3
