Unhappy client

How the hell can African Bank tell me that I am in Arrears? I did not do a reversal on my account, and I can prove it. I did send you an email with my bank statement to the complaints department. Please If you read the statement, please phone me and tell me where a reversal is there done for African bank. I will not pay double and if you take double, I will close my bank account and you will get nothing, not a cent.
