Unhappy client

I would like to give a compliment to Buhle for the exceptional service and professionalism she displayed. I am however disappointed at the speed that my application was processed, I was advised by the consultant that I would receive feedback on the same day after resubmitting the reviewed application however upon realizing that no response was received before close of business, I then went bank to the branch and was assisted by the Manager who then advised me that my application would take 24 to 48 hours before it could be approved and that confirmation of employment would still need to be done and would not get feedback or the money on the weekend as promised or advised. I could not also understand why confirmation was not done on Friday as my application was submitted at that time when my employer/HR was available.
