Unhappy

I tried to get a personal loan from African bank and they told me I don't qualify for it, after telling me that I don't qualify they then decided to open a bank account for me, I don't understand why would they do that since they told me that I don't qualify for the loan, can africa bank kindly close the account, because I didn't open it, I never sent my ID copy, they don't have my finger prints
