Unfinished business

This bank does not know what is going on.some people work there and are so confused they cannot and dont know how to do their job properly.I want a consolidation loan but cannot get one because of false information on my account and they refuse to remove it and think they are "clever".I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD AND FURNITURE ACCOUNT.Like they told me.Whay a freaking joke.Never ever had a furniture account.They told me i have a furniture account at furniture city that does not exist in vaal anymore for a very long time.***.its not even nowhere to be found either on credit bereu.Where do african bank get these **** and false information.I even sent required documents through to ***** department everything.not one single word either.or feedback.I WANT ALL THE PROOF THERE IS WHEN AND WHERE were these transcation made.Why dont african bank pick this up because om *********** people that work there.people inside the bank that commot ***** still works there.Now i cannot even get consolidation loan because of incompetrnt people.
