im a long standing client of African Bank for over 20 years paid my account every month My existing loan only 2 payments want to take another loan for unforseen expense to my shock im lissted at AB COLLECTIONS FOR ARREARS the never phone me or anything during covid I received a phone call from African Bank they asked if I wanted a bit of relieve for 12 months I said that would be nice and asked how it works I will only be paying half of my monthly payment and they would extent the term i asked if it would affect my credit and the lad;y said no my term would only be extended I BELIEVE THEM LIE The term was extended and apparently it still showed Im in arrears and was handed over to this AB COLLECTIONS they never contacted me My profile shows no arrears but still I was handed over to AB COLLECTIONS and my credit record was black listed BE CAREFULL OF AFRICAN BANK their service is not what they advertise
