Unfair treatment

you guys took the full installment amount even though i called in and notified that I will not be able to afford the full installment. I asked that I pay R1500 until such time as I would be able to afford to pay the full amount? you then agreed and now take the full amount. I am in a difficult financial situation and require urgent assistance.

also you have listed that I have missed 3 payments however making a short payment is not missing a payment please look into this.

lastly the lady I spoke to yesterday Itumeleng was really rude and unhelpful I am really disappointed with the level of service received.
