Unfair Service and not seing a difference on my ac

Hi<br> <br> Can someone look in to this please? I have been going to the Krugersdorp Branch as to understand why is the amount owing never reduce. My payments are going through debit orders every month successfully but I don't see any difference on the amount owing..I then went to Krugersdorp Branch and I was told to go to the head office in Midrand. to enquire about this. Will I now pay my FOREVER?<br> <br> THATS NOT FAIR AT ALL<br> I am a client and I feel that its VERY unfair service<br> <br>
