Unfair interest rates

i was placed undeer debt review since April 2014, all my other accounts were adjusted as of that date by my other credit providers, African bank continued to charge me the same absurd interest rate for a person in my situation for 14 months,<br> <br> my accounts moved from a balance of +-12000 to 25000 in just 14 months and i think its only fair if the interest and arrears be revesred from the date of debt review since i was paying the distribution amount. the court order was granted in Aug 2015. but i would for the interest to be adjusted back from April 2014 i think thats only fair.<br> <br> i tried explaining to their consultants but they said that they are in the business of making money and not loosing it, but im willing to pay the capital plus the adjusted interest , i mean how do you charge a person who app**** for debt reiview 23% interest
