unfair interest charges

i have complaineed before regarding african bank interest charges on my account , they gave me their feedback however i was not satisfied , when i asked them questions regarding their response and they did not answer , instead they told me to take it further if im not satisfied yet they dont want to answer my unsatisfied questions.<br> 1st i wanted to know why im being charged interest rate , service fees and insurance aside from my instalment <br> their feedback was im on arrears , i told them i know they are charging me arrears amount since i failed as per contract to pay my debt , i am aware of arrears interest however they are also tooo much from from my annual interest rate which they are not suppose to , however when they gave me the unsatisfied feedabck they said moving forward i will not be charged interests on my account , whatever i pay will decrease my instalment , now i want to know why are they only being generouse enough to stop interest from accumulating.<br> i also want my balance to be reviewed UNTIL THEN I GET PROPER FEEDBACK FROM AFRICAN BANK , I WILL NOT CONTINUE PAYING THEM.<br>
