Unfair Blacklisting

I opened an account at African Bank in 2007 which they handed it over to their legal dept and I later arranged for payment, now I have paid and still they can't remove me from credit bureau,It's unfair that after numerous calls,they customer service consultants tell me it's African Bank T&C not to remove old account so Q,if I owe you tell me how much so I can pay and if don't owe you remove me ITC,Why flag me 362 and archive my account.This is disgusting as you are holding me Ransom
