Unfair Blacklisted

I checked my profile on my credit bureaus, I found that I have an account with African bank that I never app**** for. I tried everything with no luck. I send the affidavits to the itc’s only trans union removed it, Experian and cumpuscan did not want to remove my name. I need to know what to do now. I never take a loan from them.
