Unexplained reason
Still no one at African Bank can explain what this rejection reasons means

Hello from African Bank. We are sorry, but your application has been unsuccessful. Client Linked to Internal Case Auth. FSP Reg NCRCP7638
Now this does not sound very nice at all as it sound like I'm linked to some sort of case.
As a client of African bank I have had multiple loans and built an excellent record with them I have a right to know what that means.
I am trying for the second time to get a valid response from you else I need to go to the NCR or Ombudsman to find out what's going on .
