<p>I have a few loans with African bank. I unfortunately due to financial constraints couldn't always keep payment up to date. I was retrenched two months ago. I submitted the paperwork to African bank but yet they still deduct funds from my account. I am unemployed and the money I had in my account was to ride me over till I hopefully find another job. I tried for 20 min to reason and explain to the consultant on the phone but he remained adamant that I must pay. With what how . I have to say that that was the most humiliating and degrading treatment I have suffered from anyone. Thank you African for the worst service in human history.</p>
