********* business practices and poor client service
I have tried to settle this loan with african bank since 03 June 2020 but to no avail.they make it impossible to settle and keep on adding interest and insurance R227 on an outstanding loan amount of under R2000.this is ********* and interest is charged on a full balance in 12 june however I paid in a lump sum on 0e june .everytime I call I get current stories. There is no transparency and it is **************** what they are doing.will never take out a loan again and will not recommend this bank to anyone.

I am still not happy and feel I am been ****** by this bank.very ********* charging me interest of R1252 on a balance of R2598.can the Nayiobal credit council get involved as this is ****************.
