unemployment insurance
<p>I have loans/account with ellerince and african bank respectively and I was paying my loans icluding insurances in 2013 December i had to leave my employment for cultural and personal reasons, they called and find out that I was not working, instead of advicing me abt the insurance they wished me luck in finding other job. Why didnt they claim from insurance to pay off my debt? is this insurance really working or is a scheme of making extra cash?</p>

I spoke to a consultant and ask her to call after 14H00 and when she did, I could hear her but she c ouldnt hear me so she droped the fone and never called again
