Shining in their absence after requesting supporting documentation and thus being sent the information. African Bank oh African Bank ....,..15 years in the making....I guess 10 MORE YEARS TO RESOLVE A QUERY SHOULD NOT BE A SURPRISE!!! YOU SEEM TO HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING BACK TO PEOPLE AND UNDERSTANDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESOLVE QUERIES!!!!!!
