Under Debt Review and still being double debited

So even thou i went under debt review African Bank manage to ***** my money out of my bank account. I spoke to Raymond this morning and apparently the did not receive the debit order cancellation the only received the notification that I'm under debt review and thought ok lets still just go ahead and ***** his money out of his account even thou we aware that he is now under debt review. Day Light ******* at its peak. So now African bake refuse to give my bonus back that they stole from me. This was also my medical money. I will report this to the credit bureau not leaving it so. I want my money back. I know that i wont get a call back from them that why I'm taking this further now. Be very careful when dealing with African bank.
