Unbelievable disregard for clients

I am STILL waiting for AB to phone me back. Further to my previous complaint in which I clearly stated to please contact me in the afternoon after school hours, they phoned during class time and left me a message to phone their call centre!! That is precisely the problem.... their call centre is unable to resolve my problem in wanting to settle my account. So clearly they neither want my money - nor are they prepared to sort out their disgusting customer service.
