UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION

a transaction went off my account that I did not authorize from FLYSAFAIR for a flight that I DID NOT TAKE and till to date I haven't had any assistance regarding the funds that were taken ********ly, now my debit orders bounced because of this! so disappointed in African bank .. Please fix this
