Unauthorized debit orders
I was called 3 times this month to confirm my debit order arrangements as I've just started working after a year of being unemployed yet today full payment was taken on my account. Can someone pls call me to arrange a reversal as i cant afford the debit order

27 Feb 2021, 14:24Why do you guys respond with the standard reply no one has called me, i have called your call center 3 times today and the agents keep dropping the call.
My arrangement for my cc card is R250 and the full amount has been deducted why call me 3 times in a month and still this happens. I need my money refunded asap
