Unauthorized debit order from African Bank

On the 3rd of January 2024 I have settled the loan that I had with African Bank. The settlement quote was still within the 7 days time frame, I didn't ask for PAID UP letter because I knew I was done with them. But today when I got paid African Bank deducted money from my account for what I really don't know.
