Unauthorized Debit
Good Day
African Bank debited my account today ***4 without my consent as there was a payment plan in place for R600 every month.
An amount around R1800 was debited today from my account and I want it refund back by Friday. I will take legal action against African bank as they did not gave permission to debit my account for R1800.
I want my money back or I will stop all monthly payments if I don't get my refund by tomorrow.

I have attached my bank statement were unpaid debit orders was rejected due to African Bank debiting my account without no consent.
I am still waiting for my refund which my bank will deduct the fees and I'm left with nothing.
I am holding African Bank responsible for all these extra cost and will go on social media about this matter.
I demand my refund to be in my account and all extra cost as per my bank statement on rejected debit order by 9am tomorrow.
