Unauthorized amounts being debited

Worst experience ever. I've been battling with the same issue for Months if not over a year They keep debiting more than the agreed installment amount, and I can never get a clear answer as to why or how this happens. This to me is *****ulent action. I am reporting this to the ombudsman
