Unauthorized account opening and speedpoint charge

So last year I app**** for credit card @sandton it was declined to my suprise I have an account with African bank when I went to check the account they advised that it automatically opens when applying.. Fine I was informed that Iam on ( -R54 )which i wanted to pay . The lady went and fetched speedpoint ... hayibo I was told I need to pay R10.50 for speed pount charges CAN AFRICAN BANK FIX THEIR MESS I NEVER OPENED ANY ACCOUNT WITH THEM
