Unauthorised/******* credit check

I have just received a notification from 'My Credit Check' (www.mycreditcheck.co.za) that there is an unauthorized credit check in my name. I have not app**** for any credit with African Bank. This is *******, especially because it affects our credit scores negatively and the same financiers decline us or give high rates because of these 'low' credit scores that they are negatively influencing with these unauthorized checks.
