Unauthorised transaction refund

Last month I had unauthorised transactions on african bank and I enquired about it and requested my refund I spoke to a consultant who assured me that in 72hrs I would had received my money back! Now this is the 9th day still waiting on my refund! I want this resolved in hours please! My reference numbers are *** , *** , *** , *** I called in yesterday and spoke to duduzile who escalated the matter to her manager mr Ndodenhle dlamini

I need my refund in less than two hours! Is been long overdue!

well i got a call from compliance by samuel only for him to tell me that they made a mistake it actually takes 30 days not 72hrs for me to receive my money! this is unacceptable and unprofessional, he escalated the matter to his manager mr koketso who was supposed to call me at 12 and never did . maybe am not an important client to african bank.
please resolve my issue today and send me my money today.

ill also need a call of recording when a consultant told me it takes 72hrs ill escallate it to ombudsman.
