unauthorised debit orders

ive had ENOUGH of african ban****!! their repeated harassment and idiotic staff make me sick. i distinctely told a consultant in august to no longer debit my account and that when i gt money again....ill pay at the branch....but still debit orders that i told to stop are going off!!!! putting my already empty account in a minus figure. Ive had it with the incompetant staff at the call centre are *****s who dont understandenglish and then people like me who are smart,educated and with impeccable english must sit and home unemployed....im VERY UPSET
