Unauthorised debit orders
I sick and tired of African bank's collection agency debuting money from my account without authorization. I complained about this last month and then this month it happens again. I spoke to a lady in African bank and they assured me it won't happen again but i guess she was lying. I am taking this to the Ombudsmen. Please give me the details of the agency collexlctimg on your behalf. I made an arrangement with African bank to debit R300 on my new account and then their debt collection agency went to my account without permission and debuted R500. O I am sick and tired of this **********. I am gonna take this up with the debt collection council.
