unauthorised debit order

<p>My credit card account was paid up 2 months ago. I called them yesterday and today only to be told that I have a credit amount which needs to be paid back to me. But they won't refund me instead the will pay the money to my loan account. I never authorised that and it's not the 1st time African bank does this...debiting my account with extra money without my approval. This is *****...I'm not happy with African bank. Never will I approach this bank for help! </p>
