UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

This morning at about 10.05am I receive a message from my bank that AFRICAN BANK has put my debit order through for payment for today. AFRICAN BANK has no authority to do thi s as my debit order goes off my bank account on 25th of each month. First I spoke to Delisiwe who just said that there was nothing she could do about it and the second time I phoned Atabile answered the call and I held on for more than 5 minutes. I could hear them laughing and joking in the background!!! I wonder if AFRICAN BANKS investors knows how their money is wasted. AFRICAN BANK BETTER SEE TO IT THAT THE DEBIT ORDER IS REVERSED. I DO NOT WANT ANY CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NO.....BAD...CREDIT...RECORD
