Unauthorised debit

I have a loan with African bank and as agreed that I’ll be debited last day of the month some lady called me and she was rude and decided to change my debit date without my concern now am being debited twice in a month ! Why am I debited twice not once and when you call no one answers can you please rectify the mistake and Stick to one date not twice and can someone call me to rectify this
