unathorised debit orders off my account . worst customer service ever !!!

my debit order date every year with african bank is the 28th of every month including December as we only get paid on the 28th. December is no different for us. This month money was paid into my account for someone else on the 15th and as soon as it was paid into my account african bank *******ly did a debit order for all the money i had in my account on the wrong date. when i queried the refund they promised a refund to be done 3 days ago. they were suppose to pay the fees i was charged as well for the debit order as well as for the deposit as this was an unathorised debit order. only the debit order amount was paid today and not the fees that i was charged and then again as soon as the debit order was refunded they did another debit order straight away. i am now beyond the point of frustration. this is unacceptable. not everyone gets paid early in December. i need to give this money to the person it belongs to but cannot as african bank took it away again!!!! this is the worst customer service ever recieved from a ban**** when i queried it with them today they said it is not reflecting on their side as yet altough its gone off my account. only when they see it then they can refund me!!!
