Unaffordable Car Loan offered

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>in the past two year I have been paying the car finance through African bank that I could barely cope with for the entire time. This finance was done through Chocolate finance, the company African bank was using to do car finance and I happened to be desperate for a car at that time and couldnt find any bank to finance me. I had to go with the deal they gave me as they promised that after 2 years I can trade in the car for a much cheaper and affordable finance option.</p> <p>I held on for this period then under that advise and resently turns out that their loans always appear to be a straight loan and not a car finance to other banks when you do a car finance through the usual banks. I am now under a serious problem of appearing over committed when I apply for anything, even for the car - it actual feels like my life has been ruined because how do I get out of this mess??</p> <p>And to make matters worse is that i have been struggling to afford the payments of this loan and wished maybe I could restructure it to lessen the burden.
