Unacceptable service from African Bank.

How *********** is African Bank, I’ve had an outstanding query for weeks and have been sent from pillar to post. The consultants are not helpful and no one is willing to take accountability. I definitely won’t recommend African Bank to anyone and I’ll be canceling my services with them.
