Unacceptable service
African bank insurance has paid due to decreased salary due to Covid. However, they refuse to update the credit Bureaus therefore bringing down my credit score and showing a bad reflection. I have sent the documents to the insurance notifying them of the decreased salary numerous times and have to apparently keep sending the same documents every month. How pathetic?
During these trying times. We must now be concerned about them not doing their jobs

29 Dec 2020, 12:34I have tried numerous times to get assistance from you. This is still kt sorted out. Please can someone advise why do we pay for this insurance if they not willing to assist us during these trying times. Also they promised to pay 3 months premiums but paid only 2.
