Unable to make contact with African Bank in regards to outstanding debt

I am unable to reach African Bank through any other means other than through telephonic communication which I am unable to do. I am trying to contact them as I was visited and signed a new agreement with them which was not stuck to by them and I need to make payment arrangements for outstanding debt that I have with them. I am unable to take calls and only able to communicate through email.
