Unable to get assistance
I have been trying to get assistance with making an arrangement for my overdraft account and I have been sent from pillar to post. My call gets cut or I get transferred to a department that cannot assist. This is absolutely frustrating.
Can someone please contact me today.

24 Apr 2022, 14:24The contact number is working fine it is not engaged why is that I can get calls from everyone but you guys. Furthermore you have taken my entire salary (unauthorised) !!! Which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. Fix this.
