Unable to buy a house because of African Bank

I was buying a property for my family through other financial institutions & i was told that i have defaults on my credit record for account i have not paid from African Bank.I paid all my accounts in 2013.On the 12 June 2015,i went to African Bank Mdantsane Branch to ask for paid-up letter & i was told they cannot print them.I contacted the call centre @ ***,i was assisted by a lady nameed Palesa,who loaded my request for paid-up letters & gave me a reference no-***.She told me that i will receive them via email in the next 48 hours.I made a follow up on the 19 June 2015 was also told that i will receive them in the 24 hours.i again made a follow up on the 22nd a consultant Amanda told she is reffering to her Supervisor.I was told i will receive them before the end of the day.I again made a follow up on the 24th,again was assisted by Amanda who told me that they will refer to Complaints dept.I made another follow up on the 26th,Mahlatsi told me she is logging it again from scractch & gave a a ref no ***.Its almost 3 weeks now & i am again made to wait another 3 weeks.African Bank is depriving me of my constitutional right of providing a shelter for my children.
